Austin Walker, Chandler native and Grand Canyon University graduate, leads Geared Up Youth with a vision to empower the next generation. With a background in sports management and marketing, Austin brings innovative leadership honed during his tenure with the Arizona Diamondbacks. Recognized for his community contributions, Austin is committed to youth development. Outside of work, he enjoys ice hockey, travel and the outdoors.

At-Risk Youth: Programs supporting at-risk teens receive complimentary* workbooks.
Foster Students: Partnering with foster agencies, we provide free* workbooks to students in the foster system.
Underprivileged Students: Families earning <$40,000/year qualify for free* workbooks.
